I am single Australian male seeking to take over someone's apartment if they are leaving it or if it is part of a house even better. Must be close to new style with central A/C or split system. Also consider sharing with a broadminded guy if he is house trained and easy going. I am non smoker so expect the same and intend to be based here long term.
