• For a Chipknip card, you have to have a bank account in Holland. If you already have an account, go to your branch and ask for a separate Chipknip card.
  
  With Postbank, the ATM card and Chipknip card will be separated into two cards. For other banks, for example ABN Amro, Fortis, ING etc, you can order a standard ATM card with the Chipknip-feature.
