landed Immigrant

• I want to visit Vancouver as two of my family friends are working as Domestic Helpers and recently granted landed immigrant permits 4 years ago. Can they possibly help me obtain invitation, what are the procedures and requirements to Visit Canada thru their help, what should they do?
