Finding employment as a teacher after arrival in Dubai

• Hi,
  
  I would like to move to Dubai and find employment as an English teacher or research assistant. I have an honours degree in Psychology, although no formal teaching qualifications.
  
  I may not have employment in Dubai by the time i plan to leave. Can anyone give me advise about finding work in Dubai when you are over there with only a tourist Visa?
