Foreign Person will arrive Seoul soon and wanna find friend

  I'm going to Korea next month and will arrive Seoul on 25-8-2009 to start my Korean language course at NIIED institute as a 1st Year of KGSP 2009 Scholarship to pursue my postgraduated studies in Korea. I would like to find friends there, so we can exchange language & knowing cultures as well.
