I will require you to partner with us(amios publicos) and Oladele and partners contractors ltd. co. to execute this contract as foreign contractors with higher qualifications under these conditions; 1)We are required to open a loan account with a local Nigerian bank with 13,300 us dollars, this is for the bank to support us with initial supporting funds to execute the contract(our company and yours will share this,we bring 6,650 and you bring 6,650) and we are required to process authority clearances and endorsements here for an additional 1,000 us dollars, both amounting to 14,300 us dollars, 7,650 is the specific amount we will require from you, as the bank and manufacturers shall act as witnesses to our agreement making you a clear principal financial partner. 2),The terms for your release of these funds are on the grounds that we share the profit from the contract which is 30% for each person which are you, amios publicos pty and Rev Father’s registered company(This is the original contracting company), and 10% for our government contacts, this means we each get 30% of 4,500,000 us dollars which is the actual profit(this is 1,350,000 us dollars) from the contract payments to be made to us within 2-4 weeks after we have satisfied all the necessary payments amounting to 7,000 us dollars.3),You are to stand as myprincipal financial partner, therefore the contract amount(7,000,000 us dollars) is paid to you, directly to your account, however we are to work together to ensure that all these conditions and agreements will be signed by both of us in written documentation,our local lawyer will handle this, even before you release your input (7,650 us dollars) all this should be done as soon as possible as the contract award bill has been signed in and could be re-awarded to someone else if amios publicos pty/Oladele partners as the local contractors does not operate immediately.
