I had to leave Finland several years ago and got quite a neat price for selling my house. Turns out I need to move back there for the foreseeable future, has this rise in house prices kept going while I've been gone?!!

how much will a flat ( 90 sq meter ) in helsinki cost now a days? Are the kitchen equip and is the heating system effective. Iam a diplomat in Brussels and moving to Helsinki by August 2009
