request for summer training visa

• sir/mam,
  I am the student of LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY. With high regards, i want to state that in coming April my second semester will get over, then i need to do the summer training for 2 months as part of my MBA programme. I am looking for opportunity to taste and feel UAE. So it's my request that you please guide me as how i can get the visa and let me know what other legal requirments are needed. I have my passport ready but I have not yet selected the company, if you can give me some advice in this also I will be highly obliged. I hope you will definitely help me sir/mam.
