regarding permanent visa or visit visa for a long period for a job.

  I am Javed from india I had been to dubai in feb2007 and came back in may2007 I had applied to a person who removed my visa now I dont want in that way.Sir I am in need of job plus I had been to dubai but could not get any salary bcoz of some problem I am looking for a job backin my other company so please tell me how will I get a visa in india as soon as possible tell me the procedure as soon as possible pls do reply on my rediff email id.
