Mission visa?

• Hi... I'm South African and looking to move to Dubai. I was born in Australia and will not have to pre arrange visa if i travel on my Aus passport.
  
  But can anyone tell me about this Mission visa I've been hearing about.

  Dear sam,
  
  Mission Visa is valid for six months. Its actually facilitaes the employer to judge his employee in a limited time and if he finds him good enough to excel,then the employer will go for the employment visa.
  
  In the past employer used to issue visit visa for the employees and no work permit, which is illegal now. Instead of said practice mission visa is the alternative.
