    SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Approximate 05 years in heavy engineering and construction, both on and offshore. Experienced in, but not limited to, petrochemical, power generation, mining, communication tower erection, shutdowns, harbour works, offshore and general construction. Specific areas include, steel erection, scaffolding, mechanical and pipe installation, bridgework, heavy lifting.
During this time I have held various positions, ranging from worker to supervisor. I have worked in various overseas locations for the last 05 years and have supervised both expat and national staff. I have extensive experience with the safe set up and operation of heavy duty cranes and winches, for both single and multi crane lifts, and am familiar with all rigging and scaffolding equipment, standards and regulations. I am familiar with rigging loft and register documentation, and inspection procedures for cranes and loose lifting equipment.
I am a firm believer in the importance of safety in the workplace, and this is reflected in my own work practices, and those of anyone reporting to me.
