scholarship to U.A.E ???????????

• I am an Egyptian 16 years old I.G.C.S.E grade 10 student , i finished my June 2009 session exams in 4 subjects which are Biology O.L, Chemistry O.L ,Math O.L and English as a second language and i am looking forward to receive my results on the 10th of August .now I am studying the A.S Math in this November session .
  
  I want to know what grades I must get and what certificates I should have to get a scholarship to one of the U.A.E universities also I want to know the average feed that I should pay to the university even after I take the scholarship .Moreover I want to know how can I work there and where can I find my accommodation , I want to join the faculty of engineering .
